Where do you get information to indicate that the rebate return rate was 60 to 70%?

And by the way, in the last two conference calls, KE and his CFO have referred to a rebate return rate of around 50%. They have stated that they have reduced sales by the expected rebate returns WHEN DRIVES ARE SHIPPED, and that they have set aside cash reserves to pay these rebates.
