Fort Lauderdale Attorney John F. Bradley this week filed suit against the Corel Corp. (Nasdaq:COSFF) (TSE:COS), Federated National Auto Insurance, and numerous others for unauthorized use of a photo image in numerous software products and an insurance advertising campaign. The suit was brought on behalf of plaintiff Ryan Hill, whose photograph was unlawfully distributed in violation of Florida Statutes and his right to privacy.

Ryan Hill, an aspiring professional model, engaged the services of a local photographer, Mark Hill, (not related to the plaintiff, Ryan Hill) to create images for a modeling portfolio which Mark Hill allegedly failed to deliver some of the pictures which eventually ended up in Corel's software, CorelDRAW 8....
