Dave,

If you knew anything about the Japanese, you would know how unthinkable it would be for them to announce an investment publicly and then withdraw. They would not have announced it if it wasn't done and they are honor bound (not to mention legally) at this point. I admit to a poor choice of words by saying "the only possible reason". But, I knew you would criticise it either way.

The financing was pitched and commited to and secured by the IPO commitment. The one that you seem to feel has only a 50-50 chance of being reality.

Your continual referance to the company needing more financing for other thins is ridiculous. The yhave over 150M in the bank. Threy could have bought the bonds with no financing.

Finally, we could do much better if you could avoid the personal remarks and innuendo. Or, if it didn't seem to me that your attitude was so closed.
