Regarding P.Munk - I know some of the people who worked with him in the early Barrick days - apart from setting the tone and direction of Barrick he was apparently a good arbitrator between competing views and personalities. Essentially the company is run by straight shooting professionals and Munk would have lost a lot of credibility with his colleagues if it became obvious that he was pushing something which they knew to be fraudulent. It is not a dictatorship.
