I think it's bunk too, nihil. Or I think it at least unlikely. Connection between gum disease and coronary artery disease? Let's take me. Trying to hang on to my last teeth. But ideal cardiogram. Great stress test results. Cholesterol count of 141, 2.0 ratio. Hmmpph! On the other hand, there is a proven connection between gum disease and certain kinds of autoimmune rheumatic diseases. jbe
