Unknown exactly. They have said it is a similar arrangement as with New Access. All they have said is that they "either own or have options to own" majority interests in all 3 startups. Subsequently we found out in the 10K that they own 19% of New Access at the moment at a cost of $950,000, with options to acquire 60% for a total of $3 million. They also stated in the Q4 CC that their total expensed to R&D for the 3 companies is "less than $3 million [at that time]. So probably they have options with Charlottes Web too.
