IINT, let's see market value about $145m stock over $4, about 30m shares if they own 3m Tenfold and it goes to $10 thats $1 per share if they give them out.
Is this right? If it 'pops' thats $2 per share if they give them out.
Are there tax implications?
I guess if they gave them out it would be worth the a little less than the increase in the current price, maybe at least until the shares are distributed, then IINT should go back to current price, no?

I think that was the latest services company to IPO, could be wrong
