As I understand it - this is a suit where a group of plaintiffs are trying to tie in their claim against Bre-X to Barrick - and why not - Bre-X has no money - so tie in Barrick which does - but at this point I think it should read in this light only - a class action (pro-bono?) case which may have little chance of success.
