It has finally! It's just that as Miller was selling, other institutions, including myself, have been buying, albeit in smaller blocks. Hence, the negative money flow 'been driving both AOL & DELL down over the last 3 months.

Miller has less than 20,000 shares in AOL as of the end of April.
