Glenn, Thanks for the update and the links. It looks like the offering will come next week and from indications should be well-received. At $15 a share this puts the value on the company in excess of a half-billion dollars. This isn't cheap! They are going to have to come up with a lot of growth to justify that kind of valuation. This IINT you mention is selling most of their stock on the offering and so really wouldn't be a good play on TenFold's future. This is a concern. I would love to know their reasons for cashing out if the future is so promising. I guess I'll wait and see where the stock settles in the open-market before I make an investment decision on this one. -Robert
