Hello David, I'll be surprised if you are able to get this stock under $1.00 in the short term. There is a rights issue (record date March 10). 8 rights enables you to buy 1 share at $1.00 and a warrant. I heard there is commitment from some Toronto brokers to subscribe for up to 500,000 shares of the unexerciced rights. If you want more details on the company, you may send a message to the president Ron Little (E-mail: orezone@cyberus.ca). I am an investor in this company since over a year. I think they have something very interesting in Africa (Burkina Faso). The stock is very tightly held. They will have a run after the rights issue is completed. Good Luck!
