Are you saying that you don't think that a responsible company would meet with customers that received formal presentations about a product and inform them of the changes in the product plans before it went to press? You made a formal presentation on vaporware? If LU had submitted proposals to one or more of their customers that positioned the MX1000 as the solution and subsequently rescinded the proposal in favor of an ASND solution, you would find that objectionable? No, as long as the replacement met the spec.s of the original. Yours is not the case. You have no replacement, just a scaled down version of the promise.
