And whose fault is that? Certainly not ours. If they'd reacted as Wired did, they'd have come in for praise, not criticism.

And why do you state categorically that this criticism is "unfair". That's just your opinion, and you appear to be in the minority. By quite a lot.

Business Wire is just that... a business wire service, nothing more, nothing less. If someone pays a couple hundred dollars for a press release, then they should expect to get a couple hundred dollars worth of corresponding professional service in exchange.
