<< This theory that a genocide was already going on before the bombing started is a fabrication put forward by shameless politicians trying to cover their rear and popularity. >>

The crimes against the Kosovo Albanians were well documented and started ten years ago when their autonomy was taken away. Kosovo Albanians were denied access to schools and had to start their own schools. They were denied access to jobs. Hundreds of thousands were driven from their homes.

But, you, seemingly without much knowledge of events, call others shameless!?

<< Some atrocities were going on, there is little doubt about it, but the total number of deaths in the conflict prior to March 24, (Serbs and Albanians), as reported by this US administration, was estimated a 2000. >>

You must be a bean counter in real life. How many beatings? How many Kosovos tortured? How many rapes? How many hundreds of thousands driven from their homes? Would you have wanted to live in a country that was run by the Serbian secret police, in which your rights were taken away. Your attempt to minimize the hell that the Serbs inflicted upon the Kosovars is shameless.

<< This being said, some of our Western politicians are shameless propagandists, and we sink to Milosevic' level when we refuse to have all the facts presented for fear of looking incompetent. >>

?????? Hundreds of thousands of terrified Kosovars had been driven from their homes before the first NATO bomb dropped.

"fear of looking incompetent"? If the shoe fits......

<< The fact that these politician's intentions were by and large honorable will not protect them from the judgment of history. >>

You mean judgement of "your" history. It must be nice to make up history as you debate.
