Hey Ed,..Re:.OT Welcome back! Glad you're back from cyber somewhere! <g> He admitted that no of them can predict either growth or inflation. He stated that they, (economists), have a very poor record when it comes to predictions. He also said that economics is an inexact science and many of the premises just can't be readily proven. I think he's paying attention to reality. If we read some of the past minutes, we find out that several members were against the ease last Oct. and also for tightening, but he held them off. Don't know who will take his place but Kudlow thinks he should get the Nobel Prize for our economy.<g> good luck, Lee
