Pravin,

Based on the comments of Tobak and the fact that NSM hasn't sold the fab yet, it seems to THIS humble observer that the buyer will get the standalone CPU guys and the fab in one shot... I'm starting to think that IBM may not be out of the picture. Plus IBM has a fab relatively clsoe to there.. they could get the fab and the x86 design team. Then sell processors back to NSM like they had done for years.

(or maybe, just maybe, TI?)
