Donot take the %%% rates..30 yr lightly..Its up almost a pt..even if the market ignores it..dont you...its dangerous..esp when you are buying and selling...could be one of those buy high and hold or buy high sell lows..be still for a few moments to see which way the wind blows..as long as the bulls are in control then you can play on your terms..I find these hard won lessons for me
