AJ, no game, just learning the outcome of floorless situations. It is not the first one I have followed without having a position, nor the last one. Furthermore, I find that in rare cases, near end game situations, floorless situation provide opportunities for double bagger. This one is quite unique since it is not your standard "leaky floorless" line of credit (two other that I have followed, RNTK and TTRIF went down the drain). Last, this situation may point to characteristics of situations were despite poisonous financing, the company could prevail. It is important (to me) to understand what are those characteristics.
