Alan, I wondered if you could be so kind as to give me a little small cap lesson. Right now Forecross (FRXX) is listed as .68 bid and .80 ask. Lowest trade has been .73. Highest has been .80.

Is the published bid/ask the highest bid and the lowest ask among the market makers?

Is it possible that all trades have been buys from market maker inventory?

Is it likely that the folks who make trades at the market are getting filled at the extreme ends while those with limit orders are somewhere in between.

By the way, I estimate that the contract was worth in excess of 1 million dollars as I think that IV&V prices are about .10 per line of code. This is just my opinion. I also think FRXX will be getting more of these contracts as we are late in the game and they have a proven technology. I think we have talked on this board about how the canadian government is behind on their Y2K afforts so who knows, maybe this can lead to something with the Canadian government.

I would greatly appreciate any insight you can give me on the way market makers behave. Thanks
