What you say doesn't mean that unaudited financials can't be presented by press release (AWLT already did it!). The difference is this: -anyone can publish everything he wants on his home page with some little responsibility only (more or less); -if a manager gives to the investors false press release he commits a crime and so he can be jailed... If I well remember 6 months ago a judge said that AWLT assets was 100.000$. This is surely true. AWLT has at least assets of 100.000$. Nevertheless I have some difficulty believing the judge was so short sighted to mistake some millions dollar for 100.000. A last consideration: I'm italian and I know italian law. The US law could be significantly different. Now I challenge AWLT management to press release those unaudited financials and to become all responsible for them.
