Takes forever to log on... if at all. Data rates as low as 278 bytes/sec on a T-1 line! They need a mirror site on the East Coast. Joe, if you have troubling logging on, shut it down and try again and you'll probably access a different server/site. In my experience, the data rate is always around 200 300 400 bytes/sec. That seems to be all it takes to update your quotes in a speedy manor. Sites? As I understand it, they have sites all around the country. Overall, it's been very reliable for me over the few months I've been on.
