Sluggers find continues to show "Institutional" messages of interest in XOMA. About 400,000 shares have traded real time. If the trial is over, would you prefer the company hold this news till the quarterly financial release or even until the annual meeting? This would leave us all in the dark while "Institutions" were able to use this period of time to make decisions based, perhaps on better information. Vote against management on all proposals. No news is, not good news, when others have the news and are acting on it.
