FWIW, the tape is strong and healthy, but there really hasn't been any block buying. A baby block (10K) shares on a stock this cheap doesn't mean much, I'm afraid, so I would look for a minimum of 25K slugs to mean anything as far as institutions are concerned, and even then it's questionable (since it's still less than $100K). The largest trade this morning has been 18K at $3 1/8 which was between the inside spread at the time. I agree, george, selective disclosure sucks. Anaxagoras
