I think people are rushing into AT&T too fast. There is a very high probability that the acquisition of MediaOne will not win government approval. FCC will not tolerate a cable monopoly in AT&T. Many senators and government agencies are already alarmed and started to raise red flags about AT&T's aggressive move into cable.
