Really have no idea, Rich. Possibly this is how Medinah will avoid diluation in Medinah Mining....here's a guess.
They accept a private placement and give them in payment-restricted shares of Medinah Gold. They use the money to fund the drill program.
This avoids diluation in Medinah Mining...but adds diluation to Medinah Gold...sneaky...but perhaps better this way....all probably will agree that nobody wants to see anymore diluation in Medinah Mining.
