That is exactly my question too, why are they essentially doing a forward split which will give them a market cap with such characteristics that they will stay in OTC BB land for a good long time. I say this, ignorant of how many shares they currently have outstanding. Perhaps maybe I am wrong, would someone who just invested please answer the question of how many shares there are outstanding? Are they fully SEC reporting?
