Jeff--

Where is the cash machine you ask? Company doubled its EBITDA year over year, is on track to more than double its EBITDA year over year for 1999 over 1998, and you ask "where is the cash machine"?

Three years ago the company was making zero.

A corporation that doubles its EBITDA does not deserve a 10 multiple on that EBITDA, or 20, or 30, or 40. The share price of this company does not belong at $18, or $19.

My great fear is that this company is going to be bought out far below its real value-- and the buyer ain't going to be asking your question "Where is the cash machine".

Have a good day Jeff.
