I feel that you fall in love with CSCC. Those RBOCs not only chose CSCC's ATM but others from STRM, NN and Nortel as well. They chose CSCC's ATM mainly because installed base of CSCC's FR. Compare to other three, CSCC still sells less ATM switches.

As I said before, CSCC is kind of late in ATM/WAN market, they have to work harder to catch up. It is painful.
