The selling pressure seems to have abated. Stock price is rising on very
light volume. I understand that the E.F. Johnson Company, which Intek now
owns about 23%, has landed a good size contract from a large metropolitan
government department in the mid-west. Motorola has some participation in
the deal in some way, also.

I also understand that Securicor is to advance Intek sufficient funds to
acquire the remaining E.F. Johnson shares that it doesn't already own.
Supposedly this will be beneficial to Intek in ways that I'm not sure I
fully understand.

Stock price seems awfully attractive at these levels.
