of ATHM/ATT right now. I also forgot RealNetwork(RNWK)

Especially SUNW...the venture capitalist for them was Kleiner Perkins, which is also the venture capitalist for ATHM and XCite.

Anyway, the LINEUP for ATHM/XCIT sure looks darn AWESOME.
MSFT/SUNW/ATT/CISCO/RNWK/TCI/COMCAST/MEDIAONE/COX/FOXTV/ATHM/XCIT/QVC/AND OTHERS.

The first five alone is already an awesome combination by itself.

As for AOL/NSCP....i don't know. They got the subscribers, but they sure are scared right now, for they know in 2-3 yrs, that would dwindle down a lot. Why do you think they went to the FCC, i think 3 times, in January and protested. Then Case went to Congress and got nothing....It sure doesnt look good.IMHO

Bottom line is....THE NEED FOR SPEED. Imagine getting paged on your pager when you get an email and be able to read the text of your email....imagine getting a phone call and be able to read the text of your email on your cell phone....all of this is possible thru ATT. Imagine getting internet access 24hours a day and always on.....just turn your PC or TV(soon) on.
Imagine ordering the product while the commercial of that product is running...through your "interactive" box.....These is just the tip of the BROADBAND iceberg.

Over all....ITS AWESOME.
I like AOL...but as their actions shows on their protests.....they are behind the "PACK" now...and running scared...just my humble opinion.
Cable is better than phone lines....Bigger pipes are better than smaller pipes....as simple as that.
