****** One week ago I sent one email....no answer...here is #2 ****

Mr. Hernandez,

For starters, it has been one week since I emailed your company concerning questions I had about MDMI. I sent the notice via MDMI web site and assumed that you would have answered by now. (Considering you have answered several other investors emails who contacted you after I did). I would have expected at least a notice saying you would get back to me knowing that you would be in New York earlier this week. But to no avail...so here I am trying again....

There are several topics that I would like to address and you have answered some questions already by answering Marc and Keith's email. They center mostly around the web site.

*** 1. iChargeit answered Mark with an email explaining the meta tag problem and why the web site was not appearing on any search engines. I'm glad they are working on this problem, however, there is a similar problem with GlobalLynx. According to their web site, they will register one of their clients with 200 search engines. This is part of their service. However, what domain name was registered with these 200 search engines? If it was java-centrale.com then it was for naught because that site has been abandoned. This leads me to my second question.

*** 2. Java-centrale.com this domain name has been canceled and will not lead you to any page. It is highly likely that GlobalLynx has registered this domain name with those 200 search engines. How do I know? Do a search on Go get it...and this site comes up under coffee providers. I feel it may be in the best interest to reactivate the domain name as you are possibly losing e-customers. Java-centrale is the coffee site if searches come up and lead to nowhere then we miss out on customers. Worst case scenario, link the old domain name to the iChargeit site or the MDMI site. At least people doing searches will be able to find the coffee that way.

*** 3. MDMI Mall -- according to Keith's email, Mr. Verrill seems open to this idea. It could be accomplished several ways but in the meantime a few enhancements to the present MDMI web site could make it similar to the iChargeit mall.

a. Purpose of the web site? -- What is it? Is it for investors? or is it e-commerce? or both? This has to be clarified shortly and quickly. If it is to be both...which it should be...then these changes should be considered.

b. True home Page -- MDMI corporate logo and company history ...site map...and/or links to the following Java-Centrale Logo and link to web site..."order coffee here"...Bawls logo and link to info page and contact page for Bawls customers. Perhaps a link with the Bawls parent company site. Zing-Zang logo, link to info page and ordering page.

c. Pages showing photos of products -- breads, cakes, cookies, etc...well...my question is tied to this...all MDMI breads, teas, and cookies have been removed from the web site. Are you telling us the company is not planning on selling these products online? Shipping costs problems are at the heart of this I know...but has MDMI changed its mind for the time being? and if they have, then you must focus the e-commerce on the coffee biz. Which there is no mention of on the HOME page just on the site map.

d. Reciprocal Links with MDMI clients -- Several MDMI customers have links on the MDMI page promoting their business. This is a great idea, however, these businesses should also have a link to MDMI. The best example is the Insomnia Cafe...a coffee house....who's customers might check out their site after drinking coffee in their establishment....and then could pop onto the MDMI link to purchase coffee....At worst, you can separate the customers...those who get bakery products from MDMI can be linked to a Bakery products page...Bawls customers should have a Bawls link on the home page....etc...is coffee sold by MDMI to any of these clients? Then these customers should have a link to Java-Centrale. I don't know what product is sold to Insomnia...but if its coffee...and its a coffee bar...then maybe someone who visits their site might want to buy that coffee from home.

*** 4. Customers -- Atlanta -- according to the web site, one of the newest MDMI customers is the World Bar in Atlanta GA. What type of client is this? If...

Bakery goods? -- MDMI is expanding to the Southeast delivering bakery goods to Atlanta? How are they doing this? Have they purchased a bakery in the area? or opened operations there? Is this just the start...are they starting to regionalize the bakery business to make shipping cost-effective? (and later e-commerce more effective?) Will Atlanta be like Dallas and its suburbs?

Bawls -- according to your IR... "MDMI has also secured a sales agreement with Bawls, Inc. to distribute their product throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas." This makes no mention of Georgia. Has MDMI become a distributor for BAWLS throughout the Southeast? Are they planning to distribute the product in the Atlanta/Macon area? Why would Hobarama Inc....based in Miami Beach, Florida... give up Georgia? Wouldn't Georgia be in their territory? Was this also part of the deal and left out of the PR? Or..is MDMI considering purchasing BAWLS?

Coffee -- this would be great news if Java-Centrale coffee was being sold to businesses in the Atlanta area...expand.....big cities....Columbia, SC should be next target...college towns...Macon...Greensville..etc.

In closing, I want to add the need for conitnued communication between your company and the investors of MDMI.

Sincerely,

Richard J. Nisbet -- RJNisbet@ix.netcom.com.
