Whys!: The CPQ/Radio Shack announcement is a new Presario DIY (Do It Yourself) kit. You get the elastic, glue and plywood sealed on a cardboard backing under an easy-to-open plastic protector, with a fold-out picture of Sky-Walker from Star Wars. A $5 purchase of Radio Shack plugs is mandatory. The total cost - excluding batteries - is a reasonable $29.95
