Yuan: The company is to emerge from bankruptcy on March 31. Check the recent news pertaining to settlement of the class action law suit. It is conceivable that the quick run up in price was anticipatory of the court hearing ending the bankruptcy. But, as you note, the price has settled. I do not know what will happen. It has been observed that after a reverse split causes an increase in price, if there is nothing else, i.e., no news/no earnings to hold it up, the price will settle from its newly inflated price. A condition of emergence from bankruptcy is that SPCL's shares will undergo a 1 for 75 reverse split. Steve
