Look at it. BB% simply tells you where price is between bands, 0 is lower, 100 is upper. You can have 100 readings. Price is a player, because BB is based on the statistics of 2 standard deviations of price. The BB isn't a prime indicator, the narrowing is the best contribution.

HI/LO: Then work with it. add a short MA as a trigger, change your periods, or junk it, if it doesn't suit your style. Enter on it, exit on something else. I post to stimulate thought and to let others visualize results. that long time might be the difference between good returns and better returns. Did you system test? how was your buy and sell set? what were you seeking? how many stocks did you review?
