I think that large trades invite questions also. Since the Company still hasn't issued the 10-K for 1998 that was due out at the end of March we certainly have insufficient data at this time to track officer and director shares. Also the fact that the terms of the recent agreement have not been disclosed is also troubling because the Company through Rash said they had already entered into an agreement as opposed to having only signed a letter of intent. To stem shareholder questions they might have said why they weren't disclosing it at this time. It is my opinion that ABMI has issued releases in the past to generate interest in their stock. It sure makes me wonder if there is a connection here? Although based on the stock price it appeared there wasn't much interest.
The other question is where is the proxy? As I recall, the Company said they would have the meeting sometime in the spring. Well the spring is here and almost gone. What's really going on at ABMI?????
