Gibbons, Thanks for coming on to the thread to update the situation for us. Much appreciated. "Our LiveCharts site is still having difficulties related to its popularity and our load balancing, and some permissioning problems this morning." Have you ever thought of not accepting any more new accounts until you've sorted out the problems? It would seem like you guys are shooting yourselves in the foot by accepting money for a service which you seem to not be able to consistently(that's an understatement) deliver. Kudos for your concept, but I have to say that your implementation and planning is sorely lacking. Craig
