Peter,

JMHO,
It's the 'resistance' I referred to in an earlier post. Any buyer of 10K or more will push the price up. As soon as some see it up, they put in their orders to sell and it falls off. With some patience they would get a better price, but...

Some are in it as a market play and are taking profits, others are tired of the volatility and get out, others see a chance to minimize some losses. The Buyers and non-sellers are looking at the fundamentals and prospects for Deswell and see the current price level as a good buy or hold.

For Deswell to have a major runup, I think we'd have to see an analyst's recommendation or an article in WSJ, IBD, or some other publication. There was a runup a couple of years ago because of a write-up by someone on Motley Fool and another due to an article in IBD.

I'm content to hold and let things play out. I feel they'll make over $2.00 this fiscal and will get above $2.50 this coming year. It will be tough for them to get back to 48% growth, but I'm comfortable with 25%.

JMHO,
Ron
