Well it looks like the promoters don't want Rome to be built in a day. I am certainly glad that they are finally getting the word out on this one. Have you gone to the web site and checked the demo of the city of Toronto. It is lightning fast over the internet!! This stock should be at $3 -$5 bucks by my calculations. JP
