Okay...so it looks as though the deal is done, what are UMG shareholders to get? Shares of T? Some cash? Some shares of MSFT? I have no idea... Funny though...it starts and ends with T, but it started with telephone, went to regional bell, cable company, and now it's back to T. Any help understanding the deal is appreciated. David Lee
