Humble question, Janim, if I may?

Does anyone in your "circle" qualify in regards to the following?

Insiders

These are directors and senior officers of a corporation -- in effect those who have access to inside information about a company. An insider also is someone who owns more than 10% of the voting shares of a company.

(From stocksite.com ,
more details at: insidertrader.com )

In other words, would trading in GNET by anyone in your "circle" be reported,
in places like Insidertrader?

insidertrader.com

Humble thanks in advance!

Here's to you, your family, and Go2Net! :-)

Cheers,

Svejk
