I'm going to short this sucker.

I've been watching it fall for months now. Nothing has changed with IRIS, and IFLY service has gotten worse.

I tried purchasing a ticket with IRIS yesterday. Round trip to Hawaii, agent Steve came back with a price of $770. Expedia had tickets for $615. I told agent Steve this, and he said I'll bet you can't book the expedia ticket, and before I could respond to him, he simply disconnected me. Rude bast*rd. Went back to expedia, and booked the ticket, in less time than I had to wait in the IRIS queue.

Also, the IRIS interface does not work well at all on any X-Windows based workstation that I've used it on. They need to test on platforms other than PCs. The pull down window for departure/destination location is hideous. Let me just type it in like preview, expedia, priceline, etc.

Look at the chart. Look at the service. IFLY = great short play.
