I urge all shareholders to wait for further details on what Tracer is proposing regarding the rights offering before you hastily vote against the consolidation - the rights offering will only happen if the consolidation is approved, and Tracer retains the NASDAQ listing. I hope to have some more concrete information for you in the next day or two. DRR
