The analysis of volume.

Why does SBX has fallen at 0.24 and rebounded at 0.57? Why does SBX today is not higher with the good volume that it had since monday?

The answer to the first question is probably : about 5.6 million warrants at exercise price of 0.175.

The answer to the second question is probably : about 6.4 million of another warrant at exercise price at 0.50 with expiration date of September 1999.

Who was the biggest seller? Thomson Kernaghan (22) and Global Securities (54).

After the first movement (falling at 0.24 and the beginning of a rebound), those two brokerage house were not selling anymore. I guess that it was the end of the warrant at 0.175.

This week those two brokerage house have recommenced to sell. I guess that they are selling the another warrant at 0.50.

Since April 8 1999, Thomson Kernaghan has sold about 6.350 million of share SBX and Global Securities has sold 2.340 million.

The two warrants total about 12 million of new share. Thomson k. and Global S. has sold about 8.690 million of share. When the news is out, this wall of seller will fall.

A different vision of fundamental analysis.
