I don't have the figures, but the number of production people at DELL's current plant must be known. We can assume DELL's current plant is running flat out or they wouldn't be building a new one.

We know how many people are being hired at the new plant. Can't a reasonable estimate of new production capacity be calculated from this data?? Are we talking a 30%, 40% or 50% increase in capacity.
Doesn't a 30% increase in capacity/sales translate into a similar
increase in revenue/profit??

MD would not build this plant without reasonable expectations of needing the production capacity. Perhaps this speaks to the rumor out IBM getting out on the PC building business (ie IBM labels on DELL machines)
