Dwight,

CKFR isn't a "pure play" internet company

Everyone here knows they are not a pure play, but their high-growth area is internet bill presentment and payment.

Does anyone know if CKFR product is involved in assisting Wells Fargo?

CKFR does the backend processing for Wells Fargo for its EBPP, and will do it for Washington Mutual through the Integrion Financial Services platform when Wash Mutual goes online soon.

Why bother with the comparative "hassle" of going to a website to click "pay bill".

Many people do not have the financial resources to pay their entire bill each month, and direct debit does not address this issue. Also, EBPP gives the control of timing a payment back to the consumer. There is nothing wrong with direct debit, but it is probably not for the masses. Internet bill payment through CKFR also offers a pay anyone feature, so you literally could throw away your paper checks.

I'd like to be on the right train, but I'm not convinced yet that CKFR is the train of the future. I'm open to enlightenment.

If you want enlightenment on this topic, there about 13,000 excellent posts on these two threads. It's a lot to read, but will give you more insight into this company, industry and competition than can probably be found in any single place.

Best of luck

Erik
