Paul - <because IBM is considering an investment in AMD - close to 20%.> Kind of Deja Vu. I'm sure you remember when IBM did a 20% (or was it 30%) investment in Intel in 1985 -1986. As I remember it, Intel got out from under that investment as soon as possible. I wonder if such a step would be just the first in AMD losing its independence? PB
