I may have missed part of your message, but MWR did a non-brokered placement last summer of 350,000 shares, which we took a chunk of for ourselves and associates. They have about 10 mill s/o, fully diluted about 11.5. Curlew did a placement last spring and has about 20 mill s/o. They also recently sold a 5% interest in a secondary recovery project for C$1 million, payable $750,000 in cash and 1.25 million shares of a company called Coral Sea (CPO-ASE) at a deemed value of C$0.20. If you check, you'll see it's now around $.30, so they have not done badly on it. In terms of comparing the two, CWQ has twice the stock but about 3 times the net interest in Bacon Island. CWQ is essentially a pure oil & gas play, and a very good one at that. MWR adds the precious metal component which makes it very appealing. So there is something for everybody. I tend to favor MWR if it sells for less than CWQ, but I own them both and like the potential in each case. Best regards, Dale
