If DCI now feels ITEL's "burn rate" & cash position was becoming
unacceptable, why didn't WE terminate the merger with THEM?
After all, they are the no product/no income/no revenue co here.
I hope in the forthcoming letter to shareholders that mgt will be
willing to admit a mistake was made in the whole merger business.
I would gladly accept admittance of one mistake from a company who
otherwise seems to be well managed. It also would show me they have
