Tim is demonstrating his ignorance with these questions. To try to claim that the company is a scam because it hasn't generated revenue, because he doesn't have current information on the number of shares outstanding, etc., is idiotic. He obviously has no knowledge of what to look for in a junior mining company, and he is demonstrating his ignorance to the world. Of course, it is possible this company is way overvalued, but if it is, it is because the investors have overestimated the value of the dirt, but not for the reasons that he mentioned. Tim: go to grade school and get an education.
