If you saw my post on the TECHNICAL DELAYED DIP, thats what it means.
However, as I dont see a strong selloff immediately, I also do not see
a huge runup. Im more inclined with a trading range as long as the rates stay at these levels. Previously, the pivot point between the interest rates and stock market was around 5.6% but now it has move up some, maybe at the 5.7% range which is good for the market.

I agree that a KOSOVO agreement would be good for a short term pop, but keep in mind when the KOSOVO matter first came out the market did
not selloff.
